Yes, when you shop directly from our official store, you can be sure youโre getting authentic Gronell footwear. Every product is handcrafted using premium materials and comes with the manufacturerโs official warranty covering any defects.
Certainly. If you need an invoice with a VAT number, please specify this in the order notes during checkout and provide your full details (VAT number and Unique Code). Alternatively, you can request it immediately after completing your purchase by writing to info@gronell.it.
Payment Information
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and advance bank transfers. All payments are processed using encrypted security protocols.
For payments made by credit card or PayPal, the charge is processed immediately upon order confirmation. For bank transfers, the order will be processed only after the funds have been credited to our bank account.
Orders & Returns
Once your purchase is complete, youโll receive a series of automated emails keeping you updated on the status of your order. As soon as your package is handed over to the carrier, weโll send you a tracking code so you can track your shipment in real time all the way to your doorstep.
To ensure prompt delivery, orders are processed immediately. If you wish to change or cancel an order, please contact us right away info@gronell.it. We'll do our best if the package hasn't been shipped yet.
You can initiate a return process entirely on your own directly from your customer account. Go to the section for your orders, select the order you wish to return, and follow the instructions to submit your request. Please note that the product must be in good condition and in its original packaging. You can submit your request within 14 days of receiving your order.
