Certainly. If you need an invoice with a VAT number, please specify this in the order notes during checkout and provide your full details (VAT number and Unique Code). Alternatively, you can request it immediately after completing your purchase by writing to info@gronell.it.

For payments made by credit card or PayPal, the charge is processed immediately upon order confirmation. For bank transfers, the order will be processed only after the funds have been credited to our bank account.

We do not currently accept cash on delivery payments. To speed up shipping times and ensure payment traceability, we accept only electronic transactions or bank transfers.

Orders & Returns

Once your purchase is complete, youโ€™ll receive a series of automated emails keeping you updated on the status of your order. As soon as your package is handed over to the carrier, weโ€™ll send you a tracking code so you can track your shipment in real time all the way to your doorstep.

To ensure prompt delivery, orders are processed immediately. If you wish to change or cancel an order, please contact us right away info@gronell.it. We'll do our best if the package hasn't been shipped yet.

You can initiate a return process entirely on your own directly from your customer account. Go to the section for your orders, select the order you wish to return, and follow the instructions to submit your request. Please note that the product must be in good condition and in its original packaging. You can submit your request within 14 days of receiving your order.
